Homecoming Dance Basics

• October 12th from 7-10pm.  (If you are being dropped off – your ride needs to be here by 10pm.  *YOU NEED TO CALL THEM BY 9:30PM FOR PICK UP.)
• Cost will be the same as last year $15 per ticket.
• This is the formal fall dance.
• Held here at NKCHS – fieldhouse.

 

Homecoming Dance Guest Information

• ONLY IF YOU PLAN TO BRING SOMEONE WHO IS NOT A STUDENT OF NKCHS. (Can only bring 1 guest.)
• If you plan on bringing a guest (*ONLY 1 non-NKCHS guest) to the dance, you MUST RETURN A GUEST FORM for that person (electronic version is attached) BY October 3, 2024).
• ALL GUEST FORMS DUE OCTOBER 3rd
  • The forms MUST each be approved by our Sheriff’s Deputy before you can purchase their ticket. **You will receive an email when the form is approved.
• Guest forms are available at the Attendance Office (next to the Main Entrance/Command Center) with Mrs. Beshears and as an attachment to this email.
• You can return an electronic form to andrea.taylor@nkcschools.org or your bring a hard copy (printed) to Mrs. Beshears area. There will be a folder with “GUEST FORMS” on it, you can drop the completed one in.
• REMINDER: ALL Guest Forms are due October 3rd.

 

Homecoming Tickets Information

·      Tickets will be available starting September 20th. And are available through October 11th.

·      Tickets will only be sold through GoFAN.  (Tickets are $15)

·      Even if you are coming with someone from the school, YOU need to buy your own ticket on GoFan.

·      NOTE: Students MUST be in good standing (no discipline issues – admin decision)

·      It is not advised to purchase guest ticket UNTIL you get the guest form in and it is approved.

·      *TO ENTER THE DANCE YOU MUST HAVE AN ID (picture ID of some form – includes PowerSchool)

 

Homecoming King and Queen Nominations

All students please fill out the form to nominate seniors only for Homecoming King and Queen. (All can nominate.) Nominations will be taken through September 20th.    Nominees will be announced September 23rd.

·       Music that is appropriate and clean/edited songs will be played.

• Music requests will need to be submitted BY October 10th end of the school day.  
• Requests will NOT be taken at the dance.
